What Outwork stores
Outwork stores your habits, plans, daily entries, and progress photos locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. This data lives on your iPhone or iPad — not on any Outwork server, because there is no Outwork server.
Sync
If you are signed into iCloud, Outwork syncs your data across your devices via Apple’s CloudKit. Your data goes from your device to your personal iCloud account and to your other devices. It does not pass through any third party. If you sign out of iCloud or disable iCloud for Outwork, your data stays local to that device.
What we don’t collect
The Outwork iOS app does not require an account, does not collect analytics, does not include any third-party SDKs, and does not use advertising identifiers. There is no telemetry. There are no external network requests beyond what Apple’s CloudKit framework makes on your behalf when you opt into iCloud sync.
This website
This marketing site (outwork.matyasprochazka.cz) uses Google Analytics to count visits in aggregate. The Outwork iOS app itself does not. If you would prefer to browse this site without analytics, your browser’s standard Do Not Track or content-blocking settings work as expected.
Deletion
Settings → Erase All Data wipes the local Outwork database immediately. To remove iCloud-synced copies, follow Apple’s standard process: Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Outwork → Delete Data.
